Oh, to be done with holiday cards . . . Now I have to get in a different frame of mind.
I enjoyed making this simple card using a very old SU' set. I like to go back to some older stamps I never used.
I've been playing around with making flowers. This is a very basic one using the scallop punch. which I first embossed then sponged and added some dazzling diamonds.
I used a combo of watercoloring and markers and pastel chalk for the shading on the vases. The vases are shined up with crystal effects, but you can't see in photo.
It was very difficult getting a clear photo of this card. It was either too bright or too washed out. This is the best I could do.
All layers are popped up on dimensionals.
Thanks for taking a look!

Bad photography? I think not, Pam. Your card is colored to perfection and the design is spectacular. So good to see you back in the gallery more often. Pretty colors on this and your handmade flower is the perfect bling. Had to fave this one, fruitcake. Merry Christmas. Hugs

Pam, what a sweet image and a lovely handmade flower. Beautiful card!
I am sad to be leaving the Christmas cards as I never get enough of making them. I guess I can still make cards with snowmen since we have winter ahead. Merry Christmas!

Oh, sweet Pam, I just love this card! And the photograph is great. What a sweet image that I still love, and I love your flower! Great idea to punch and emboss and ink - oh, so clever. And the best thing, my sweet friend, is living with gratitude. And I'm so grateful for you and our friendship! Hugs and love!

Fruitcake, this is even more beautiful IRL. Thank you so much for sending it my way. I did upload it but SCS told me to place in one of my albums. Apparently, they're not so much into uploading RAKS for the gallery. It sure is beautiful, I must say. Fruitcake, you done good, real good on this one. I'll send you some of those sympathy FB images. I'll send them all in white unless I hear you would like some others in different colors. Have a great week.
