Used a silicone mat and covered it with small circles of hot glue. Waited for them to cool then put them into baggies and put drops of alcohol ink in, to color them.

Thanks so much. I'm going to do a tutorial on the hot glue dots after Christmas on my You Tube channel, Crafting for Almost Everyone. It's a great inexpensive way to create something that resembles candy dots or enamel dots.
