One of the best things about travelling is experiencing different food. Brenda (tessaduck) has introduced us to the Czech dessert, kolaches. According to food.com this famous dessert has become popular as a traditional Texas festival treat.....oh my gosh, is SCS not the most educational community ever!!

I had to look up what they were too - even as a cook I had never heard of them. I love this, Susie - to me it has an amazing underwater feel. It reminds me of visiting an aquarium in Crete once.
