Hello all, I looked all over through 4 LARGE plastic drawers of Christmas stamps for a stocking! I had one but it wasn't great so...I made one myself from paper. This card is cased from one of Kittie747's cards. I always LOVE her little scenes and usually go out and buy the necessary dies! Thanks for being such a sweet enabler Kittie! Sometimes the dies sit around for a while until I have the opportunity and that was the case with these. I did buy the wrong ones though as most of the pieces were separate. I think Cottage Cutz has the fireplace scene all in one die set! Blast! I do not have a stocking die so I had to make one up...no biggy, pretty easy to do.
Thanks for looking!

Oh my goodness Robin, I love the scene and the layers on the flames and your own hand cut stocking. This just oozes a beautiful festive Christmas. Can I pet that super sweet kitty? Thank you for making such a fantastic card for my Christmas Sock challenge.

Robin, this is fantastic and love your ability to improvise! Brilliant! Nothing is more festive than a decorated fireplace mantle and you succeeded in creating it on this fabulous card!

I know of a cat that would do this if I had a fireplace!! Giggles! Too cute!

Oh - and what a sweet one you made Robin! And what a warm, cosy welcoming scene with the fireplace and its greenery garland. The colouring on the cat is brilliant.
p.s. - I think my festive robins came thanks to you .
You created such a cozy, festive scene! I love the whimsical gifts off to the side and the garland draped across the mantle is especially pretty. Wish I had a fireplace to decorate! Hubby won't let me get a gas one. :'( Your card warms me up though, so even if I don't have a fireplace of my own, i can look at your lovely creation!

Robin...you get the prize for the most nimble fingers...that is a lot of tiny, tiny pieces to make a warm and cozy scene. Amazing to me that someone can have the patience to do this, and the ability to get every thing glued down. TFS
