Here is my card for the IC today...case a card from your favourites that is at least a year old.
I am casing this wonderful card done by my friend Heather T: Watermarked snowflake by Heather T at Splitcoaststampers
The blue panel underneath was done by inking my eb folder with Versamark and then heat embossing it with clear eb. I then sprinkled Brushos over the top and sprayed with water. (It was actually a reject sitting on my desk.) I then place the negative die-cut over that and stamped the sentiment.

Fabulous!! Love how you created the background for your snowflake cut out. The sentiment is awesome!! Love the contrast of the rich blue and the stark white. Well done! TFS

Perfect use for your "reject" background! Wish mine looked that good : ) It is really stunning peeking out from that gorgeous snowflake cut. I like the sentiment, too.
