I couldn't leave our graduating seniors out of the picture next month as I'm doing these shape cards, so I designed a Cap & Gown card using my Kimono template. Will add the sleeve template to the Kimono template thread in the Resource Forum if anyone's interested in also doing one.
I used a watercolor pencil to draw in the lines, then diffused them a little with a water pen. Accents are done with a fine-line marker. I glued on the sleeves with Scotch scrapbooking glue & added the stamped cap & diploma with ribbons (both are Stampabilities brand). Need to remember to spray the card with finishing spray before I send it. Have a nephew graduating from Navy basic training next month.
