I missed last week's Ways to Use It challenge because I was away for a few days but had a stamp in mind to use for it so today I got the card make. The challenge was "Ways to Communicate" so I've used an old fashioned country mailbox.
I have a box full of die cut leftovers from cutting out top frames for cards, etc. and found a white circle that fit the stamp perfectly and a red scalloped circle to edge it with - nice to use up some of those leftovers!
The image is simply stamped and coloured with coloured pencils, then using a quickie glue pen and glitter, I went over the snowy sections of the trees and along the snow lines on the ground.
It's for my sister Sally who lives in rural Ontario and actually has a mailbox much like this one!

Perfect image for this challenge! I've always loved the snowy mailbox image for winter cards. Oddly I don't own one. :-) I love the simple framing done with your red scallops. It picks up the red Christmassy details in your colouring. Sweet card!
