I started out by smooshing the background with just gold Inka Gold paste. Then I over stamped the background with a mixed media stamp (again in gold). Next, I mixed gold paint with my gloss gel and stenciled over the bottom right part of the tag with a diamond (harlequin) design).
I die-cut several pine sprigs from green glitter paper, and used them to create a 3-D wreath. More inka gold sponged onto card stock, and then die-cut the Merry to go over top of the wreath.
I added strips of green glitter paper at the bottom in different widths. To finish, I dyed white seam binding with old olive ink.
