Sometimes an error can be a blessing. I was using the heat gun to heat my embossing powder and started to burn the paper a bit. I got some desired antiquing when I did this and didn't have to sponge or do anything else. It was a quick and easy card, but I had to get some creative time in.

That really is one antique typewriter! Your accidental heat-distressing looks perfect, too. It happens often to me, but I think it's because I don't have a craft-grade heat gun, only a DIY one. The grid paper makes a great base layer, adding to the office feel.

Fabulous stamp! That typewriter is awesome and so is the unintentional burning! I got a manual typewriter for my grad present from high school! Glad you got time in to craft.
