I tried most of the morning to weave a plaid pattern that would be acceptable for a card, to no avail, so I gave up and chose two of the colors on the shirt and made this card for my friend, Gabby, who is not doing well lately.
The leaf is cut out of the white CS and the white is placed over the rust. I inked the white on the inside which makes the leaf look like it's popped up. It's not. The music is added for a bit of "happy". I hope you like it.

Sorry for Gabby's troubles but I'm sure this will cheer her up. It's gorgeous! Love the color and it does look like the leaf is on top!! Optical illusion!!

What a wonderful card, Carol and love your sentiment! Gabby is such a delightful person and I DO hope this lifts her spirits and do offer prayers for her. Love your fall colors and your signature music on this!
