I had so much fun with this! Our challenge for the mix today was a recipe...
1st column ~ I chose watercolors (brushos) and texture (texture paste with stencil)
2nd column ~ red (brushos)
3rd column ~ yellow (brushos)
4th column ~ leaves
5th cloumn ~ glitter
Using watercolor paper, I dipped a fine brush into my yellow and red brusho pigments and tapped onto the paper and then I spritzed....and then added a bit more and dabbed a bit with a tissue....til I get the look I want. I am impatient so I used my heat gun to dry it. Next, using my brushos, I added color to texture paste and a stencil (I guess that's a bit of a cheat, but it's my texture). To finish, I used a fine orange glitter that didn't show up to my liking. Therefore, I pulled out the chunky gold glitter and added some here and there.
On the news this morning, they were showing how beautiful Maine is right now. My husband said, "Let's just take off and go to Maine this weekend!" Well, I looked up flights...yikes. We're staying home.

Pam, this is an amazing Fall card. The colors are so striking. You really should take that trip. I'm sure you would see colors just like these. Fav'd

When I saw this challenge, I immediately thought of you, Pam. This had to really be in your wheelhouse! Your card is fantastic and what you created is beautiful. You could sell your designs to DP companies!
