Goodness me I can't believe it's already the 1st week of November! Has anyone get started on their Christmas cards making? I have 3 dozen to make this year being part of a very large extended family. This is my #3. I don't think I'll get pass 2 dozen. LOL.
On this card, to capture the shine/sparkle and textured for my design, I used a lot of glitters and Crystal Effect gel which is similar to glossy accent except it gives the 3D effect. The image is from Poppy Seed Graphics call Fairy of December. I paired it with the sentiment from the Power Poppy's Poinsettia clear stamp set. If you would like a closer look, I have more details over my blog with a couple up close shots. I hope you can stop by and perhaps share your comment/thought with me. It's always a joy hearing from you. Thanks so much for stopping by! Wishing you a lovely 1st week of November!

Oh my, Christina, this is gorgeous, and I just love this Christmas fairy and how you've colored her! I see you've been working on coloring skin (and glad the pins have helped). You've really mastered them well. And wow, I love the sparkle and the beautiful dies you've used! It's stunning! Yes, I've started on my Christmas cards, but they won't all be as detailed as some. Hugs, sweet friend, and thanks for sharing this one here on SCS!
