Lydia tasked us to include one simple hand drawn line crossing another element for our last HYCCT challenge this year. As I write this I just realized that I used a ruler! Rats! Does the hand drawn look of the image count? :-) The image was stamped with pigment ink and heat embossed in white. I coloured using cheap water colours (they feel chalky). The water is blending chalk.

Gee Ann, I took it as you have a very steady hand!! LOL!! I love your poppies, such a wonderfully different look to them with the chalk!! Way to go!! So are you at the finish line?

Beautiful - what is it with poppies at the moment - I have just stamped up a poppy image to colour as well. Lots of hand drawn lines - with the chalky background on which the bright poppies really stand out against.

No surprise I've never heard of blending chalk. How artistic this is. I suspect your line is in keeping with the 'hand drawn' line requirement. You did draw this by hand (with help though). I'll cut you some slack only because your card is so wonderfully 'artistic.'
