I decided to make a shaker card for the CAS challenge, to use acetate. The frame was cut from a Carta Bella DP, using the Simon Says Stamp holiday frames die. The acetate was attached, then foam tape all around and the beads and glitter sprinkled on. The BG panel is by Teresa Collins, however, the gold foil glitter stuck to the acetate and you don't see much of it. I'm wishing I'd used less of the foil glitter, but it's done now and I'll remember next time. The shaker was attached to a rustic white card base.

A wonderful shaker card - I love how the bottom fills up with the beads etc. adding the gold to the letters - way cool! Thank you for joining us in the CAS challenge today.

Awesome shaker Sue, what a great holiday die. I agree with Kia, love that the little beads are in the Christmas and the bigger glitter in on the top... Very cool indeed

A really cool effect Sue using your die cut layer for your Christmas shaker card. Shaker cards seem so popular. I have not made one for several years. Yours is going right into my favorites for inspiration. TFS my friend.

Neat and festive shaker card, Sue. The red and metallic gold make a pretty combination and I like the "Merry Christmas" die cut that is part of the frame.

Exceptional, Sue. I've always been afraid to make a shaker card and now, after seeing yours, I know I will never even attempt creating one. What a special card this is.
