Maryann continues as our hostess over at CCEE Stampers, and she asks us to create something with reflections, it could be in a mirror or on water or a verse that looks into the past....
Lotus Blossom, stamped with pinks from a ColorBox spectrum pad, and ColorBox Frost White.
Used the Stencil Reflection tutorial : Stencil Reflection Tutorials at Splitcoaststampers , cutting a reverse mask to use for the stencil, sponging in the pink and adding a little shading with pencils. Scribbled in the water, sponged the sky. Matted on a pierced scalloped oval. Bottom half of the card was embossed with Provocraft Forest Twigs. I added a dragonfly from Asian Artistry (coloured with pencils, Stickles on wings and eyes) and a sentiment and die-cut from Taylored Expressions (One and Only You).

Beautiful card, and I love the little dragonfly addition.

That lotus blossom is so pretty, and the way you sponged and penciled the reflection is just beautiful, Sabrina. Seeing these blossoms on a lake always makes me long to visit Japan!!

Your delicately sponged lotus reflection in the water is absolute perfection, Sabrina! What a beautiful design with your shimmering dragonfly and pierced scallop framing! Awesome work!
