Wow, two cards in a month? Can't believe I use to make a card a day for 4-5 years! This felt good other than the reason I made it.
My dear friend's husband was placed in hospice over the weekend. He's been fighting the big C for a long time. I wanted her to know that my DH and I are here for her......my card....
While working today, I lightly sketched this doggie on my sheets using an oval shape. Got home, pulled out the oval punch and proceeded to put my little doggie together.
Stamped the bg and sponged on color. Printed out the sentiment, cut it out, doodled around the edges.
Put it altogether, done.
Hope everyone had a great weekend and that your week goes well. TFL.....:0)

SO wonderful to see you again in the galleries, Cathy....even if this is for a less than happy reason. Your friend probably already knows that you are there for her, but the card will bring a smile to her face and her heart.

Cathy, you and Curt are missed so much (I hope Curt doesn't get upset that he isn't in this). So sorry to read about your friends, but you are sure to bring smiles and convey your message with this gem.

I'm sorry for the reason you need this sweet card, but glad that you had fun making it and that we get to see it too! I love the background, and your little pup is just sweet.

Your all oval puppy is darling, Mutnik. Love the colors and doodling in the bg as well. These cards are always so hard to make. I have a feeling the family receiving this will see that you are there for them in a very unique way.
