I stamped and paper pieced the 2 bears, die cut the stitched square, embossed the center piece and then attached it to the card front anticipating where the opening would be. Die cut the sentiment, balloon, string and bow, and 2 little hearts to add to the bear and sentiment (spritzed them first for some sparkle). The balloon is embossed with stars, then sponged and spritzed with shimmer mist. Assembled with dimensional tape for the 3D effect.
