My background was created by wiping distress ink on acetate, spritzing with water and then smooshing onto watercolor paper. I add each color one layer at a time, drying in between layers. I stamped shells with Picked Raspberry and Dried Marigold then spritzed the sheet to get the shell images to bleed a little. Stamped the dotty BG with Hickory Smoke ink and then added a few embossed dots using translucent embossing paste. I used the distress ink to watercolor in the main shell image and popped that up on the tag.

Well, for a person who doesn't "do" tags, you've certainly created a treasure here! I love your smooshed background, the speckles, and the embossing paste dots. Your seashell tag is lovely, and the fibers on the top remind me of moss. Love the sentiment, too! Thanks for playing along in my HYCCT challenge!
