Our HYCCT challenge for today is to pick a technique from the SCS Resources Forum; however, it must be one you've never done before. I came across the tutorial for Dryer Sheet Flowers: http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/re...ersheetflower/ Don't know how I missed this one but I'm glad I found it!
The background is another I had done a while ago and had in my stash of "experiments". On watercolor paper I added some dots and other stenciled pattern using Gelato's then went over it partially with embossing paste and another stencil.
I added the little flourish behind the flower to make it "blend" better. If you haven't tried this dryer sheet flower yet, I highly recommend it...it's a fun and economical way to add some cool embellies to your project.
