This week we are sending thoughts of comfort and love to our very own Teapotter Queen Cindy (mothermark). She has lost her husband and needs some hugs. Her sister-in-law Pat (Foxy67) lost her brother as well. Yup, these two ladies are real life SIL!! Nature inspired cards are needed, so I made them both alike, just changing up the colors. After I stamped & cut my leaves, I sponged around the edges using the darker color ink. But on the brown card, I sponged some Close to Cocoa on the leaves as well. I popped up the sentiment and two of the leaves for some dimension. I just love these DP papers. I found them on one of my trips to Door County. TFL ladies.

What lovely cards you've made for Cindy and Pat. I love anything to do with the earth and it's color when crafting a sympathy card. Love your leaves and bg.

Beautiful cards, Mary! The papers work so perfectly with the stamped leaves.
