I made this for the current ODBD challenge, to ink up or emboss your own background, i.e. no DP. I'll be mailing this to a friend tomorrow.
Cream base.
I stamped leaves from Autumn Blessings onto white card using brown and green inks; I knew they would mostly be covered by the lattice, but I wanted the extra interest they give. When the ink was dry, I stamped the lattice with Versamark and embossed with white EP, then sponged with green and yellow. I stitched round the edges, and that was the base.
Asters were cut from old scrap paper, I used gold microbeads for the centres, and cut leaves from Bazzill. The sentiment was stamped, cut and sponged lightly with yellow round the edges, then I added Stickles. I matted it onto a handcut layer which was sponged green, embossed for texture and lightly swiped with Walnut Stain - this too has Stickles round the edge, and the whole sentiment panel is popped up on foam. I added some sequins and a lot of little green Liquid Pearl dots - and since this butterfly was already on my desk as a leftover, and matched perfectly, I added it to finish the card off.

See, there you go again with the cool, creative techniques. Your lattice bg looks amazing enhanced by your wandering stitch. I love the dazzle and texture that microbeads add. Perfect for your pink asters. Lovely card, Sabrina.
