For today's Ways to Use It Challenge (WT551), use greenery, and Hope You Can Cling To (HYCCT1501C), split the difference (have greeting split the image).
The top image on my card actually comes this way...w/ the greeting splitting the greenery & I added the ornament under it. After placing the greeting image in my Misti, I stamped it w/ Memento, colored w/ Copics, over stamped w/ Versafine, then die cut w/ a pierced rectangle die. I like how it almost looks like a separate band, but it's all one piece (please ck my blog for explanation of how I did it.)
The ornament was stamped the same way as the greeting, but I masked it & stamped the big starburst inside before coloring & over stamping. It was fussy cut & added to the panel.
Thanks so much for looking! Closeups & Copic colors are on my blog: The Write Stuff

At first glance I thought it was a big radish...until I opened the image up and saw this big beautiful ornament. It pops off the page. Thanks for playing HYCCT!

Now, I thought it was a tomato......guess both of us got it wrong!! Great coloring, and all the piercing is fab!

Oh my goodness, this is so stunning! Beautiful image, stunning coloring, fantastic card! Thank you for creating such a beautiful card for my challenge.
Beautiful holiday card, Julie! Your coloring of the holly is outstanding and I like the piercing accent! The ornament looks like you could reach out and touch it!
