I stamped, embossed and masked Linus, then stamped the sky full of question marks to pick up on the fear of the unknown (but I think, with Linus's smile, that he knows things will work out, and I work hard myself on trying not to build bridges before I even know whether there's a river to cross). I stamped in some grass with an exclamation mark, then coloured Linus, matted him onto a narrow black layer and then a white base.
DH thought there was a lot of blank space on this card - but there's a whole lot of unknown in our futures, so I didn't want to trim it down.

Everything about this is super cute Sabrina and makes me smile. The question-mark bubbly sky look great. I have heard the expression - build a bridge - but never "trying not to build bridges before I even know whether there's a river to cross"... I am going to tuck that thought in my head. You are very wide my friend. x

SUPER card, Sabrina! LOVE the dotty question mark bkgrd and the exclamation point grass is very clever. Of course Linus is adorable and nicely colored and the sentiment is perfect. I NEED to do what you said you try "not to build bridges before I even know whether there's a river to cross." I guess I have the habit of doing that due to having "Hope for the best but be prepared for the worst" drummed into my head all my life. IF I was Noah I probably would have had the ark finished before I even got the word to start it. Heehee!

I just love that sweet Linus!! He does seem to make it seem like everything in life is going to turn out just fine. I wish life were more simple like it shows in the Peanut episodes. I guess a lot of it is what we make it to be. Thanks for sharing your cute card and post with us Sabrina!!

Sabrina this is absolutely darling! I love the question marks as your darling sky and the explanation marks as the grass. Super genius and wonderfully done for this challenge.
