Another LOTV stamp inked up for my USEIT2015 goal to use 4 un-inked LOTV stamps this month.
I used pencils to colour the image, with a gold pen for the ribbons. I wanted a layout that picked up on the balloons, so I die-cut circles in various sizes and messed around till I was happy with them. The base is stitched with dark blue thread, the image panel and sentiment are both layered on really dark teal card.

You achieved your goal, Sabrina. The bg circles are perfect...great choice of dp and placed in just the right spot. The dp for the sentiment is just right. Such a well designed card.

Hard to believe that you have had all these great LOTV stamps and never inked them up til now!! This is as cute as cute could possibly be, and I love the hint of balloons in the BG with the multicolored DP!! The double cut on your word die really makes it stand out!!

It never ceases to amaze me that one person can make all these beautiful, gorgeous cards in such a short period of time. It's neat the way you did the stitching, not the typical stitching you see. TFS
