I got this stamp in a TAC grab bag and decided it needed some bright colors. I just started playing with my Twinkling H2Os and this was the end result.

Holy Cow! This is so bright and vibrant! I love the Spanish flair that these colors bring out! I may have to get my hands on some of those twinklers!

No how to that I know of, I just started to play...
Basically, I used watercolor paper and added water to my H2O pots. Using a med watercolor paint brush, I stirred in the pot to pick up as much color as possible and laid down my first "sploch" of color. I added more colors and tried to blend them in as best as possible with a moist brush. I cut the paper after it was dry to I could get the "best" areas for on my card. Also after it was dried, I stamped and embossed the background. HTH
