I love today's Color Challenge palette, and I even had dessert with some leaves. Up north leaves are starting to turn, so it was fun to color these oak leaves (even though I've not seen fall for more than 25 years). This is the new Power Poppy Instant Garden digital image and sentiment, and I this is my first (feeble) attempt at no-line coloring, and I'm not sure I did a great job. But we have to start somewhere, right? I used the out-of-the-box technique, added some piercing, and also embossed the background to add some texture. More information on my blog.
Well, that's it for now. Thanks for taking a closer look, and I hope you have a wonderful week! Hugs!

Cheryl, your card is just gorgeous! I would never know it was your first attempt at the no line technique. You have definitely captured the beautiful of the up north Autumn, (which I have only experienced in pictures). Love those beautiful ripe olives too. Thanks for sharing this beauty!

I'll help you decide....you did a beautiful job coloring. What a gorgeous Autumn card. I like the shine on the acorns and your wonderful embossing on the background. You really brought Fall leaves to life, Cheryl.

Cheryl, you need to do the no line using a digi more often...this is stunning. Thanks for the inspiration. Autumn is beautiful in the Midwest, another reason you should move closer. It's our reward for enduring the long cold winters. Fav'd and pinned.
