Sallie, you have captured the essence of hope in this gorgeous watercolored beach scene! Even the shadows of the mounds of sand as the sun hits them stand out beautifully!! My favorite thing to do at the beach is to watch the sunrise!!! HUGS!

Sallie, this is stunningly beautiful! I love the water color on your sunrise, the roughed up edges, and the splatter background. Love your thought on each new day too. Each day is what me make it, or how we take it. the sunrise is new beginnings, the roughed edges .... life isn't easy, nor will it be, the splatter back ground.. sometimes life is messy. But then I go back to the beautiful sunrise and think of who is really in control. (to me that is God) Had to get a little philosophical!

I believe that sunrise as a new day starts gives us the chance to start anew and fresh. Lovely water color.
