For the current ODBD Anything Goes with Scripture challenge. I wanted to make a card for a friend whose husband is currently in hospital after heart surgery, and they have also found out that both their young sons (one is pre-school) will also need heart surgery in the near future. I chose this verse even though it might not seem like an obvious one in the circumstances.
Stamped the fuchsias, stamped the verse, coloured the flowers. Masked off most of the card and stamped the lattice on the left, and sponged it. Masked the lattice and sponged the main part of the front, and then decided to over-stamp it with Linen in Stormy Sky. Added some punched butterflies with Stickles on the wings and Liquid Pearls on the bodies - apart from that, it's just one layer.

Oh, Sabrina, this is GORGEOUS! I so love this image, and you've colored it so beautifully! And your layout is lovely with such rich colors! And the best part is this encouraging Scripture during this very difficult time for the family! What a truly precious card, my friend! Hugs!

Wow, this is fabulous Sabrina!! Love the coloring of the images, the Scripture and that linen stamped background (I thought you had stamped on fabric for sure!)!! I am sure that this family will appreciate and treasure this card as they do your friendship! Thoughts and prayers are with them - hugs, my friend!!
