What a great challenge. I went in search of duct tape to dry emboss it but couldn't find any. What household doesn't have duct tape, I ask you!?
I found flashing tape in DH's tool room, so that's what I used. I stuck the flashing tape to designer paper then dry embossed it. I colored the irresistibly Yours paper with navy ink and wiped it off so the white would show through. I added the circles and sponged sentiments.

Oh these are fantastic! I love that you raided your husband's tool room...I have done that so many times. I still have his twine, flashing tape and drywall spackle tool on my table. I am hoping he does not go looking for them and take them back. Giggles. Delightful cards! Thank you for doing a card for the WTUI Make it Metal challenge.

I just love the look of embossed tape, and your flashing tape was a great stand-in. I agree with Carla, it's probably even more metallic looking than duct tape. What a great pair of cards, with a cool masculine feel to them.
