CONGRATS to FMS on their 200th sketch challenge! I am adding my card to their FMS200 gallery. As well, I am submitting my card to the ATSM158 and LTSCB60 challenge galleries.
My card base is MFT natural cardstock. I cut my word from chipboard, using a clean cereal box. The leaves were cut from some vellum-like packaging I got from my Mom. I applied my leaves, then the raffia, my word. Used a sponge to apply three distress ink colors to enhance the leaves and give them a shadow outline (they look stenciled, don't they?) Stamped the random dots. Added the orange/brown/gold sequins (can never get a pic where the actual sequins colors show and to edit it to show messes up the rest of the card--drats!) IF you don't use Ranger gel medium (Dina Wakley) to attach your sequins and small stuff, try it--you'll like it! To try to keep it CAS with lots of "blank" space, I refrained from adding any extra distressing. Ahhh, that was hard for me to do cause I love my ink!
THANKS for looking!

Gabby, this is beautiful! Love the leaves and yes, the do look stenciled! I just had to read your description and love the idea of using packaging on a card! Beautifully done in my favorite earth tones!
