I dug out this old Under the Sea fish wheel and had more fun with it than I ever did when it was new. The paper towel watercolor was the drying space for another background I made. It had lots of color and was way too pretty to throw away. Rolled it with the fish, then I really needed a focal point and was wishing for the submarine from Your Sublime stamp set. Well, I looked at it and decided to do some punch art. The fins are butterfly wings and the propeller is a flower. Nemo is wondering what in the world has invaded his part of the ocean!
There is a mix of jewels and Crystal Effects for the bubbles. Most of them don't show up because of the matte finish of the paper towel.
I think this would be a fun card for a kid who needs encouragement to go back to school. (Back to School--get it?)

How cute is that submarine. I love how you did punch art to make it. Great card. I think it is great you are having so much fun with that wheel.
