When I was a child my father's father would come to visit us on the farm. The dust would billow as he made his way down the dirt lane back to the house. When grandpa stepped down from the pickup in his denim overalls his grandchildren would run up to greet him and wait for him to reach into his pocket and pull out the BlackJack gum. The smell of grandpa was licorice and dust when he came to visit in his old truck.

Stamps: Deep Red-Rusty Truck
Paper Size: 6x6"
Ink: Copic, SU Lost Lagoon
Techniques: Coloring, embossing. I also did a little something special by slipping the fence post portion of the image under the die and then fussy cut around it, made a few creases on the vertical and folded it a bit to stand out from the surface.
