On water color paper, misted water over Brusho crystals, and while still wet, I smoothed Diamond glaze (gives it a nice gloss) over it with my finger, then heat dried. Cut the fish and a background piece from the water colored paper. Die cut the white rectangle, stamped the sentiment (love my Misti) then cut out the waves. Assembled onto DCWV blue base.

Oh, wow! Too bad our cameras can't capture what we see with our eyes, as I'm sure IRL this is so shiny!! I love your description of how you made the card, and good for you, having a MISTI! Beautiful color combination, and wonderful inspired design, my friend.
