This card was created for the DTGD15JulieGearinger (my very first hostess challenge :-)).
I created the Mixed Media background using a retired piece of DSP covered with Gesso (it was a very bright unattractive pattern so the Gesso completely covered the paper- my way of "upcycling" :-)) I applied numerous coats of Gelatos, Distress Stains, Alcohol Inks along with Texture Paste and stenciling until I was satisfied with the results.
Add a random background stamp along with the embellishments and you are done!! Definitely had dirty fingers when I was finished with this one- lol!!

Oh my goodness Julie, this is jaw dropping stunning. Everytime I look at it, I see something I missed. The background is beyond incredible and everything on top is spectacular too.

Julie, this is a "knock your socks off" mixed media work of art! That background, amazing and such beautiful colors! Love the layers and embellishments you used on this!
