This is a one layer only card, I used a KSS multilayered butterfly stamp set and my MISTI. The stenciled leaves were done using the negative side of a leaf diecut.

Oh, how pretty! Your stenciled leaves look so soft and gauzy and the butterflies are colored beautifully. I love the scripture quote - isn't it so true?!

You achieved such a lovely watercolored look with your home made leaf stencil, Liz. I have wanted to try this technique, and your beautiful card has inspired me to give it a try...I even have this same die cut. Wonderful color choices fir your pretty butterflies. How did you get such perfect splatters...tooth brush? I am " splatter challenged". Yours look great.

I really like the soft look you got by sponging through the die cut negative, and those butterflies are so beautiful!
