Well.....I think I'm back 'for good' this time.....haha.
The die cut I used to make this bloom is blue....so I'm almost positive it's Nellie Snellen. EDIT: it's Marianne Designs) The stems are both Memory Box.
I used a Memory Box stencil to make my grid...using Gesso rather than embossing paste....which gave a slightly different, messier look.
TFL!!!

Oh you creative little mixed media dabbler! What a great idea to use gesso and a stencil for your grid..love it! It balances the delicate look of the flowers and branch on the other side....a beauty!! Glad to see you in the gallery today

Wow, what can I say that hasn't been mentioned above? Jo, you know I LOVE YOUR CARDS ... ALWAYS HAVE AND ALWAYS WILL ! I think we've always loved each other's cards, Jo. We seem to like similar styles. I am rightly impressed with using a stencil to create that lovely tile layer. Wonderfully soft and muted and CAS in design.
Where have you been? I've not been around either. Vacation maybe? Travelling the world again?

I love the contrasts of this card. The textured "tiles" reminds me of a vintage brick wall and is complemented by the softness of the flower. The muted colors really make your crafty work stand out!
