I've used new stamps from Impression Obsession that will be available soon... the background was done with Brusho powder sprinkled and misted over a heat embossed image. I used some of the wet color as ink to stamp the same image a couple of times in the background and add a few extra splatters.

This is my favorite card from the tutorial because the combination of the stamp/greeting and the gorgeous background takes my breath away. I must have this stamp. Beautiful project, Dini.
