One of my favorite color combinations for holiday cards is red, white and kraft. I stamped the plaid paper, using pure poppy, dk choc and fresh snow inks, on crumb cake. The sentiment panel was cut from fresh snow linen cs, backed with vellum cs and popped up with foam tape over the BG. I added some red and gold sequins from my stash. I'm so happy with how this turned out and need to make some more plaids using other colors and designs. I really like the die cut sentiment, by Papertrey.

Oh my goodness you made your own plaid paper! That is fantastic! I sure wish I could make my own plaid as I never feel I have enough plaid especially for masculine cards. It is usually my go to paper for a masculine card. Great job on this beautiful Christmas card. Thank you for making a card for my sequins challenge! Hugs!

Wow, that's a great die for Christmas! Those sequins are perfect in placement and for bringing some Christmas color to your Christmas plaid bg. Beautiful cas, too.
