Made this card for my boss's upcoming birthday. It will be from our team members.
Cut 1/8" strips in a rainbow of colors and adhered to scrap of X-Press Blending Card. Die cut word Happy from MFT then used paper cutter to remove the bottom border and allow the letters to be separate. Attached to square panel and added stamped "birthday." Attached to slightly larger orange panel.
The striped frame was left over from one of last week's failed efforts and worked perfectly here. It was created using a Spellbinder's square die and mounting it on a piece of black c/s that was die cut using a slightly smaller square die.
Assembled the card then finished off by covering the letters with glossy accents and adding a few fun sequins.
Love how it turned out. While not as CAS as their cards, I was defintely inspired by lisaadd's rainbow cards and ardyth's graphic style. Thank you both for your ongoing inspiration!

What a brilliant use of that die! Love the rainbow lettering and the wonderful layout! Your matting is always done so perfectly. Love the black and white, accenting your fun colors!
