I'm still hung up on Sabrina's technique from last week of rolling edges. I'm trying to get ahead on some wedding cards for the summer. I went in a shabby chic direction for this one using this week's sketch from Ally. I masked off a large circle and stamped my French Script in Crumb Cake. I sponged around the edge of my circle before removing the mask (wish I'd skipped this step or sponged a little lighter). I then inked up my wreath and carefully stamped partial images to make the outer edge. I then inked the wreath inside of the larger one. I stamped my little flowers in Marina stamping some without reinking. I stamped some more flowers on a scrap piece and used two different size punches around them. I sponged the edges of these and popped some of them. I goofed my sentiment (just didn't show up well over the Script bg) so I stamped onto another piece, added stamped off leaves, notched the ends using my square punch and popped over my boo boo. I added a flower to this just for fun. I wanted the lighter blue base, but thought my main panel looked better against the darker blue so added some Marina framing. I distressed the edges of this. I rolled a couple of the corners and called it done.

I think your booboo hiding sentiment panel looks wonderful popped up. It really balances your wreath beautifully. Fantastic colours; they look great together! This is a gorgeous wedding card. TFS
