I wasn't sure I had anything representing dancing ...that was until I came across this gem. It's an Edward Gorey image of a ballerina and as his illustrations go you probably know they have their own little surprises. Can you spot the almost freakish extra appendage?? It's not there but you may need to do a double take ;) Not sure how "happy" this is but it does reflect my sense of humor. TFL!

Ok Polly,
Anyone that can stand on their toes that way should be happy!! She's just a bit tired from all her dancing!! LOL! That is one gorgeous bow on your card too!!

I am glad you told us about that little visual trick - I thought she had an extra leg or two at first and had to look again. It is a fun image and our sentiment is really cool too! Hugz

There are times when I awake from a dream and it does seem to be real. In fact, I've been able to go back into the dream when I close my eyes - how weird is that?! But... there's nothing weird about your lovely card, Polly. Great job with the VSNA challenge - looks like others thought so too (she smiles). Lovely card!

Such a sweet dancer and you've set her up with a lovely backdrop and frilly borders. The ribbon is perfect. As for the extra appendage, I have chosen to 'not' see it as the card is really beautiful and I don't want to ruin the effect. ha!
