Hi,
I did this last night as well, sort of a manly card to go with Father's Day coming up. I love the scripture used here too! I sponged on the color with chalk inks, did a little sewing on the machine and added the twine and star charm. The bg fishing net is a stamp (ODBD) not paper. I used white Copic liquid and brushed on the white caps/wake from the boat.

The part-stitched border on the image panel is great - I wouldn't have thought of that. I love the image, it always evokes such a sense of calm. Your rolled-back edge looks great too .

The colors you've chosen really make this an outstanding card!!! I've been crazy about that fishnet background for some time now and this put me over the edge...will have to get it. Such a wonderful layout. The little charm is a nice touch. Fantastic Card!
