Core-dinations for base
For the inside, I used some old Cosmo Cricket DP. I reverse masked off the "book" edges and stamped Gorgeous Grunge to mimic pages. All edges sponged with Barn Door. Added some butterflies cut from scraps.
Pages - cut rectangles with Spellbinders (I have the larger size of rectangles, and they fit almost perfectly on the pop-up panels) sponged with antique linen and iced spruce, stamped Linen in Iced Spruce and ODBD It Is Well in Versafine Smokey Grey. Added Verve birthday sentiment and embossed with clear EP.
You can see the front HERE.

I love using a real score on cards. I think it gives the card the extra something that it sometimes needs. Your card is lovely and I hope it does bring memories to your friend.
Thanks for sharing.

My goodness Sabrina, another AMAZING design. Love your attention to detail. Case in point, love the book page lines you stamped on to the sides of your cut out inside your card. WOW!
