This card is for the CAS325 to use wheels. Even though it looks busy, it is super simple to make and does not have any bling, bows, or die cuts, so it is as close to CAS as I am ever going to get. It evolved because of what I did not have. Mainly, I do not have any stamps with wheels... 2 teenage sons who love cars, and no car stamps. I also was a little short on time and patience. The bg was an old piece of cardstock that I had colored with red food coloring and splattered with water. I used it a few times to see if certain inks could be sponged through stencils onto it, but the red was always too dark. Last night, on a whim, I just went wild stamping things that looked like machinery wheels. The best thing about that technique is that anything goes. Added a little gold and white gel pen, then spent way more time trying to get a photo than I spent making the card. TFL, Francie

Red food coloring...didn't you get that stuff on your hands? I love the look but probably wont be dipping into mine just yet I absolutely think these clock faces/gears are representative of wheels..they go 'round don't they? Your added on highlight and doodles are GREAT on this. Fab card Miss Francie!

How weird, I couldn't see this on my phone - but it's just as well because now I get to see it full size on my big screen. Cogs are wheels in my book!! The black and white doodled edging is fabulous. I hate those cards that take forever to get a half-decent photo!!

I absolutely love your brightly colored background (your trademark I should say!). Clocks and gears go around like wheels - so I think it is all good!!!

I LOVE this! Love the color and the random stamping of gears! Gears were always great for masculine cards! There are some incredible effects on this, Francie! The border on the left appears that it was masked and stamped! Time to pull out those Tim stamps that I used for scrapbooking and try this! It looks SO fun!
