I colored the image with the copic markers then tore around it and sponged the edges with the soft suede ink. I stamped the starfish in the Memento Espresso, colored with the copics and fussy cut it out. Then I sponged the edges with the Early Espresso. Next I went over the starfish and shells in the main image with the Wink of Stella to add some sparkle. When that was dry I added dots of the Stickles to the starfish to give it dimension.
After assembling it all I added some sequins in various reds and browns to add some extra bling.
