I finally made my first pop up box card, and immediately had to make a bigger one. I used a 12x5.5" sheet for the base, and just used a scrap to join the corner. This gave me 4" across and 2" deep to work with. Once you have made one, you can figure out how to put the insert supports in before you close the box - much easier for me.
