This Butterfly Birthday card was done for the May 2015 DCWV blog sketch challenge. It uses paper from my favorite stack: Mariposa. The borders were punched with Martha Stewart border punches. The small rectangles were cut with an Ellentina die and sponged with Ranger Wild Honey distress ink. The larger rectangle was edged with a Krylon gold leafing pen. The large butterfly was fussy cut from the Mariposa paper and also edged with the Krylon pen. The DCWV blog challenge can be found HERE: http://www.dcwv.com/blog

Those butterflies are just gorgeous - I like the big one most of all. I love they way those little rectangles look like postage stamps, I think I need to look into that die.
And - last night as I was finishing up for the night, I was looking (as I often do) at one of the ATC swaps I participated in, A-Z animals. And guess what, the cute Vampire is you! It's placed just where I see it every day, as it's near the entrance to the attic - they stretch all along the wall .
