I'm not clairvoyant...I checked out "WT5239" gallery and saw 2 cards which featured time and clock faces...so I took a chance on the theme....I have places to go and people to see. : ) (I sometimes play "Four Pictures, One Word" on my IPad which works on the same principle) Sabrina confirmed my guess with the word on one of the forum threads. Thanks, Sabrina.
The main panel is one layer, using a mask for the stamped and sponged circle.

Oh wow! This is impressive! I love the "shadow" of the fancy clock in your circle. It gives the feeling of another era. It is incredible!
Exquisite piece of artwork! I love it!

Straight into my favourites. You know I love all things Paris! This brings back memories of so many night-time walks along the bank of the Seine! It has such a wonderful dreamy feel.
And I too have been known to try the keyword and take a guess - but I have to confess that as a hostess, if I upload before the challenge I try not to give it away ;-).
