I used the Stampin' Up wheels to make the design on my top layer then tore it on an angle. I sponged all the edges with Calypso Coral ink. To make the flower I moistened the petal layers from the Pop up Basics kit, crumpled them up and then partially opened them up. I let them dry completely then layered them and put a glimmer brad in the center, fluffing and scrunching them till I was happy with it. I adhered my CS layers together, attached my flower, and added a big droopy bow. I stamped my sentiment and finished it off with some sequins.
