I made this for my niece. Her 16th birthday is in 2 days and I totally forgot about it until I wrote something on next month's calendar.
I figured since she is a teen-aged girl I would make a moody kind of card. She is not real girly-girl, but she is a cool girl.
I used strawberry slush as my base, then used basic grey as the mount. The first thing I did was stamp the silhouette and then worked from there with my layers. The 16 came from the Day to Day stamp set.
I ran the white piece thru the cb using a butterfly ef.
The butterfly came from the SU mini die cut set. I used SU DSP for the butterfly to give it a little texture and a little different hue's on the pink. I added rhinestones along the center. I used glue dots to adhere the butterfly.

Dara, you did a great job with todays sketch. Love how you used the sketch exactly as it was presented. I couldn't figure out how to make it work for me, but you obviously didn't have the same issues. Great EF, colors and BF. Great everything.
